Our clients have traditionally been attorneys and accountants, developers, banks and mortgage lenders, private and publically traded corporations, government agencies and commercial real estate investors. Types of appraisal assignments have included valuations for eminent domain, estate tax, property tax, mortgage lending, partnership interests, and property acquisitions/ dispositions. Consulting assignments have consisted of feasibility studies, litigation support, charitable giving, MUD studies, etc.
