Chris Gray and Clint Sayers lead the appraisal division of Sayers Real Estate Advisors offering expertise in all types of commercial property, as well as urban, suburban and rural land throughout the state. Chris is licensed as a State Certified General Appraiser by the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board (TALCB).

Since joining Sayers Real Estate Advisors in 2011, Chris has completed valuation assignments involving a variety of commercial properties types including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, hotels, marinas, residential subdivisions, urban and rural land and ground leases.

Most recently, the firm has provided valuation and advisory services for the South Central Waterfront District, numerous University of Texas properties and the Dell Seton Medical Center.

Chris began his real estate career as an analysts and appraiser with Bill Speed Appraisal Services in Austin. He gained commercial valuation experience with HCP Real Estate Advisors prior to joining Sayers.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Government and minor in Geography from the University of Texas at Austin.
